or brokerage, as such we help you to market your properties with our powerful
products, but we only charge low one time listing fees. We DO NOT charge
reoccurring fees or commissions on the sale, rental and lease of your real
estate. This saves you in most cases about 5% of the sale price of your
property resulting in a savings of thousands of dollars.

Editing Link. This link allows you to make changes to your listing text and
photos anytime you would like 24 hours a day, as many times as you want.

All you need to add photos to your listing is digital photos
of your real estate. You can get digital photos from any number of sources
including digital cameras, scanned photos and even digital photo processing
CD-ROMS taken from traditional film cameras.

digital photos be for upload?

Our system can automatically handle files of jpg, gif, tiff
and bmp type for upload. It is strongly recommended that you ensure you photos
are all the same pixel size and format for best results. If you upload some
images that are landscape and others that are portrait it may have undesired
results. Please try to upload all landscape or portrait images but do not mix
them on any one specific listing.
